 How do you guarantee your products?

We stand behind our products one hundred percent and guarantee they will arrive as ordered and described. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. In case of shipping damage or defective products, simply send us photos illustrating the problem, along with copies of shipping tags. We will resolve the matter to your satisfaction. While we want to know right away about any problems, you have up to one year from the invoice date to request repair, refund, or replacement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard.  Corporate customers are also welcome to use other means of payment, by arrangement with our corporate office. Please contact us by email or phone.

What about shipping?

The price of each item not includes standard shipping to any city in Asia, Europe, or the Americas. Average standard delivery for in stock items is 30 days, and for new items, 45 days.  For special or expedited shipping, please contact our corporate headquarters by email or phone.

 Tell me about your design department.

Our designers have a large library of designs, and are constantly developing new products for our international market. We can also execute any design you submit to us.

 Do I have a choice of furniture finishes?

Yes, we have a wide variety of finishes. Our standard offerings include pecan glaze, natural glaze, natural honey and many others. We can also finish your product with low, medium, or high gloss. Please see the illustrations for examples of available finishes.
